N estled at the end of our pine forest, still on the family estate, find my son Alexis Capello's restaurant.

A Provençal and Mediterranean guinguette with the sweet flavors of the 1930s, intimate and out of sight.


On the menu, quality pizzas, shaped with passion by our chefs, fresh products, high-end ingredients carefully selected, organic in short circuit, artisan producers, local, regional suppliers and aromatic herbs from the garden of the property.


Discover his emblematic 1927 Citroën B14 truck transformed on one side into a bar offering you a wide choice of soft and alcoholic drinks as well as a large selection of different pastis and aniseed flavors from the South of France.

Converted into a bazaar and cabinet of curiosities, the other side of the B14 provides you with board games, playing cards and lots of "stuff" from another time, other eras...


Combining the quality of the products with the popular soul of the pizza, this is the challenge we have set ourselves.


The challenge is to make pizza a unique experience and reshape the perception of it by mixing know-how, passion and the love of flavors.


F amilial, Provençal, cozy and warmly authentic, the restaurant welcomes you for your lunches, dinners, or your aperitifs at sunset, taking advantage of its rays crossing the umbrella pines.


Compete against your friends on the petanque court while tasting our charcuterie boards and our top quality Italian cheeses.


Our dough is artisanal.

Its manufacture respects a necessary growth time of 24 to 48 hours to achieve optimal lightness and to make it as digestible as possible.

This maturation time is mandatory in our search for intense gustatory pleasure.

Our producers are Italian and our suppliers are local and regional.

Our fresh products, often arriving daily, mostly come from primeurs in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.

We rigorously select quality Italian and French products and we favor short circuit organic products.

Our deli meats are  guaranteed origin France and Italy stamped.  Our cheeses are labeled, our vegetables are organic and cooked.

Let yourself go in this warm setting for precious moments with family and friends. We define this extraordinary place as a hidden and secret "place of friends", away from the noise of the city.
